Hi everyone, welcome to The Doctors’ Mess – a place for GP registrars to connect, share, and support each other throughout training.

This is your space to:

\nShare experiences and practical tips\n
\nOffer advice to colleagues at different stages of training\n
\nDiscuss challenges and learn from each other\n

Whether you’re ST1 and finding your feet, or ST3 preparing for CCT, everyone has something valuable to contribute.

💡 A few simple house-keeping rules to keep this space useful and safe:

\nKeep discussions professional\n
\nDo not share any patient-identifiable information\n
\nAvoid naming specific practices, colleagues, or sensitive local details\n
\nFocus on learning, not venting in a way that could breach professionalism\n

We want this to feel like a real doctors’ mess - somewhere you can ask questions openly, get honest answers and advice, and feel part of a wider community.

If you’re not sure whether to post something - go for it. Chances are, someone else is wondering the same thing.
